Edible Wild Plants in Galician Culture

This line of research focused on the traditional culinary use of wild plants in Galicia. The objective was to document their applications, preparation techniques, and associated recipes, while also analyzing their sociocultural relevance and their connection with key stakeholders within the gastronomic system and the ecological context.

As part of this initiative, a proposal for the development of an archival project was also formulated. Although a collaborator was invited to take part in its initial stages, the project was ultimately not implemented.
